Both the environment and service were truly excellent. Late at night, there was a mix-up with a food delivery to our room, and the staff were so thoughtful – they even sent a small gift to apologize! They also gave our child a small fan. Definitely worth another visit!

The hotel has convenient parking, direct underground parking, convenient for friends traveling by car, the room decoration style is simple and stylish, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is dry and wet, the front desk service is warm, and I will stay next time.

2，設施：樓層刷卡直達，機器人送物方便，但是房間裝的小愛同學沒有和電器匹配好，有點雞肋；
3，衞生：雖然是經濟型，但是作為華住會旗下酒店，衞生真的讓人無法滿意，甚至不能及格。開關等位置都有灰；馬桶有臟和頭髮；連續2晚，摺好的浴巾裏面都有頭髮，第一晚打電話換了布草，第二晚連換都懶得換了，無語，我甚至想懷疑是不是故意放進去的了。

YYueguangyecengjuanlianThe service quality is high. There are a lot of food in the next door to Longshui Street. It is very lively. There is a fountain at night. You can see the amusement facilities on the opposite side from the balcony upstairs. The hotel has an underground parking lot and convenient parking.
It is very convenient to go out to the Three Gorges for a few minutes. The air conditioner is great. It is so hot that you enter the door and open the power.

GGuest UserThe front desk was welcoming and attentive! I was particularly touched when a 10-year-old insisted on trying to pick up two pieces of luggage on his own. The front desk lady escorted him to the door and watched him through the door. When she noticed he was stuck, she immediately ran over in the rain to help. She was already there before I even arrived! Thank you so much! They also gave us a surprising departure gift: delicious snacks, a beautiful eye mask, and a cute and practical pouch! A five-star rating is a must! Oh, and the hotel is across from Water City, with two shopping malls next door, making it very convenient for dining and transportation!
