The hotel's service is impeccable, from the warm reception at the front desk when checking in to the thoughtful care of the staff during my stay, I felt very comfortable. I especially want to praise that when I asked for tips for traveling around the area, the staff not only introduced each attraction in detail, but also carefully planned an itinerary for me based on my time. The restaurants they recommended were also great, allowing a foreigner like me to have a great time. This hotel will be my first choice for future travels, and I recommend it to everyone who pursues a quality accommodation experience!

The location of the homestay is excellent, very close to the Three Gorges Dam, and pet-friendly, the room is large and comfortable, there are too many bugs, it is recommended that the boss buy some kind of Aitiao, and the electric mosquito coil in the room is replenished in time. Breakfast can be charged and then enriched. Overall, the service is very good. After the booking, the boss said in detail about the pass and the precautions for playing. The room is also a disposable bath towel. What boss needs is also solved quickly like like like! The boss business is booming!

GGuest UserThe room is bigger than my expectation. It is very clean and does not smell of cigarette. I especially like the hot shower. Strong and hot. Everything from bath towels, face towels, hand towels, paper cups are all wrapped up with plastic bag. I arrived late and was glad there was a restaurant on the ground floor that is still operating. The food is delicious. Especially the soup. Location wise even though is within walking distance to the HSR, I would recommend that to flag down a taxi because there is a lot of walking and with a heavy luggage it is quite challenging carrying the luggage up the stairs. There's plenty of taxi. I managed to get a taxi at 8am. Opposite the hotel at night there are lots of hawker food. Check in was fast and there is a tour desk on the ground floor I will definitely come back.

GGuest UserThe location is very close to the Sanxia Airport, the hotel offered free airport drop off service and it only took about 5 minutes to reach the airport. The front desk was not experienced enough and her service attitude and quality need improvement especially the way how she talks. But the service of the manager 大堂副理小江 was good and even helped to deliver our luggage to the room himself.
During winter, heater is essential. Unfortunately, the heating system of entire hotel was not working on that day and a portable heater was given. The power of the portable heater was not enough to warm the entire room and the room was still freezing cold after 2 hours. I feedback to the front desk that it was way too cold for us and requested for a stronger heater or additional heater. However, my request was turned down and the front desk replied that the heating system was not working and there was nothing she could do. I was so angry and told her off that the malfunction of the heating system was hotel's problem and it was not my problem. I further requested that she better figured out how to make the room warm enough unless she wanted to be responsible for us if we fall sick. Finally, 大堂副理小胡and客户副理小江came with free fruits and snacks for apology and offered to change the current heater to a stronger heater for our room and then finally the entire room is warm enough.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was good but the varieties of breakfast needs improvement.

Hotel has washer and dryer and even provided detergent and fabric softener, all for free. Hotel also provide two free can of soda and water. You can get more water from the front seat.

That's why I opted for the Holiday Inn Express Yichang Riverside, situated right by the Yangtze River. Its location is superb, conveniently close to both the train station and the city center. The views from the window are simply breathtaking, with the magnificent Yangtze River stretching out before you as soon as you step outside. The room itself was immaculately clean and wonderfully fresh. I'd highly recommend it to any fellow travelers visiting the city.

AAnonymous UserI'll simply say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Value for money, design of my liking, exceptional service, excellent location are a few of the reasons why I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation in Yichang.
I would like to mention the exceptional service given by Ms. Xiaolin, Ms. NiuNiu and Ms. MiaoMiao. They went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one.
Room was a good size, cleaned everyday with complementary snacks and drinks replaced daily. Breakfast was really good too, we looked forward to it everyday for the 5 nights we stayed here. There is a laundry area you can use anytime you wish, a gym and a nearby park you can enjoy overlooking Yangtze river. It was easy to go around too, we booked Didi taxi even late at night and encountered no problems.
We hope to stay here again next time we visit Yichang!

Our Princess Suite was an absolute dream for our family. It was decorated so whimsically and cozily that our child was enchanted the moment they walked in. The generous space ensured a wonderfully comfortable stay for all of us.
Breakfast offered an incredibly diverse spread of both Western and Chinese options. Everything was fresh and delicious, with plenty to satisfy both adults and children.
But the real highlight was its unbeatable location, right in the heart of the CBD. With countless dining and shopping options nearby, it was incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and business trips, saving us a lot of time and effort.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to any family traveling with children. We'll definitely be back here on our next trip!
