住了7晚，真實客觀評價。小區大門隨便進出車.人，沒有單元門直接上樓進屋。小區整體入住率最多不超50%，路燈最多開50%。晚上回來整棟樓衹有這間民宿開着燈。屋內除了抽水馬桶衹要用熱水都走天然氣，加上地暖，如果想讓屋內達到20度以上我們7晚8天付了五百天燃氣費用，一百電費。當然衹住一天這些可忽略。我們住之前看的出來很久沒人住了，床品有明顯的黴味兒，廚房兩個燃氣灶有一個是壞的，冰箱不能調節温度冷凍室十多度冷藏室十多度。不過廚房沒地暖，屋裡關上門就是天然冷藏室，我們自己做飯剩下的生熟放廚房就行。我們入住的很早多付老闆50元房費，但走的時候老闆免費讓我下午一點半走的。

停車超級好停，人流少，安靜，停車位都長草了。小區外邊很普通，但房間很漂亮，乾淨！

自駕遊選擇這樣一個民宿，交通很方便，停車也很自由，房間乾淨，位置離龍門石窟很近，離洛陽市區也不遠，是個不錯的選擇。

除了位置偏一點，其他沒毛病，離龍門石窟非常近，離牡丹閣也很近，停車沒得説隨便停有的是地方，還免費真好，下次來還選這家，出門就開車唄
