衞生條件好老闆人也很好。位置位於伊春市中心地帶。樓的後面有很大的停車場。不用擔心停車的問題。附近100米範圍內早餐方便。

房間乾淨還可以，但是真的避雷！！！窗簾不夠大，晚上睡覺兩扇窗户居然遮不住漏光！！！聯繫前台，前台説湊合住吧………………無法接受，旅遊城市這樣的酒店存在！！！半夜洗澡水不熱，需要手動先燒水才能洗，害我涼水洗了身上，又等了半小時才洗上，然後衞生間還有一衹飛蛾……真的不符合這個價格，給大家參考吧……

不滿意，電視機頂盒壞了説給換也沒換，廁所小破不説，還有異味，排了很久風才沒有味道，屋內和床鋪倒是還可以，但是房間沒有紗窗，裏面進了好多小蟲子，不可能第二次再住了！

首先講一下賓館的地理位置非常好，周邊購物吃飯都很方便，賓館不遠處有多路公交車站打的也方便。其實講一下賓館的衞生被褥都很潔凈，沒有什麼氣味，另外，空調製冷也可以，前台服務人員態度也不錯，衞生間是電熱水器，洗澡不能洗兩個人，否則第二人去洗熱水就不夠用了，樓下的前台有個冰櫃，我們需要冷藏的食品前台讓放到冰櫃裏了，十分感謝，房間裏有一次性的洗漱用品，拖鞋。總之，來伊春居住感覺在這裏居住比較好，性價比高！

房間很小，條件不好，沒有電梯。退房後發現自己的手串丟在了房間，打電話想請老闆幫忙寄回，再三懇求，老闆態度很不耐煩，説沒見到，很確定丟在了酒店床頭，老闆不承認，把顧客的東西佔為己有。手串不值錢，但是有紀念意義，非常失望。這種商家生意不會好的，想體驗環境、服務、安全的都別來了，價格也沒多便宜，就是路邊小旅館

這地方，真影響去伊春的心情，牆體開裂，毫無隔音，早晨不到4點就被吵醒，下簡直就是垃圾到幾點就是破旅店，可別叫賓館了，誤導呢，賓館的價格破旅店的享受

老闆服務一般不熱情，房間衞生差整個房子有味道，衞生間味道更濃，床單被罩發黃，房間小沒地方放行李，設施簡單，洗澡水小的可憐就是噴霧一樣，周邊吃飯方便，性價比底。
