這家賓館超棒，房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，一覺睡到天亮。老闆特別熱情，耐心推薦周邊美食，還幫忙規劃旅遊路線，最感動的是我不小心手機充電器拉在房間了，前台姐姐立刻聯繫我，並幫忙寄回，真是太貼心了，下次來還住這，五星好評，天氣冷，停氣了，老闆還給換了厚被子，囑咐我們開空調，太貼心了

房間乾淨整潔，被單床單毛巾都很新特別乾淨，酒店位置優越，出門右拐走一點點就是熱鬧的街道，早晚餐都很方便，距離金祖峯1.2公里，夜爬金祖峯很方便，老闆娘熱情周到，幫忙叫車，團購景區門票，有朋友去還推薦這家

位置不錯，設施啊衞生啊就普通民宿的標準，不能要求太高了，酒店離金祖峯一公里多，離金水灣漂流也就幾公里！店老闆很熱情的推薦了我們附近的夜市，非常好吃，還提醒我們晚上七點有花車巡遊很好看！

房間乾淨整潔，一塵不染。被褥也非常乾淨。就像新賓館一樣。離金山鹿苑很近，車程10分鐘左右，離金祖峯步行10分鐘左右，不需要開車，方便夜爬。位置非常方便。範姐人特別好，很親切，就像家人一樣。昨天晚上跟她閑聊了很多。以後有緣過來還住她家。祝生意興隆。範姐幸福安康！歡迎有時間到山東玩。

酒店離早市不遠，可以買胡蘿蔔🥕第二天去金山鹿苑喂梅花鹿，酒店開車過去就十分鐘左右，不遠，第二天一早趕開園直接沖

哎！選的都是離景點很近的小賓館，所以結果可想而知。離金山鹿苑和九峯山漂流很近，漂流很好玩，整個漂流用時 2 小時，過程有緩有急，很好玩，我們去完鹿苑就去玩了一遍，從嘉蔭回伊春住一晚上，第二天又去玩了一遍😳

整體還是可以的，熱門旅遊景區做到這樣也是可以的了，就是金祖峯比較麻煩，淡季不可能來這麼偏的地方，假期來了又擁擠在門口。

賓館房間環境在金山屯首屈一指，訂的家庭房一進房間很是驚喜，房間是套間，裏屋一張雙人床，在屋一張單人床，特別整潔，設施齊全，很有住家的感覺，房間通風特別好，七月末無需空調，非常涼爽怡人。
