賓館的家庭房是一個位於二樓的二室一廳的居民房改造的，住的挺舒服的，乾淨衞生，也不吵，大人兩口子一個大床房，兩個孩子每人一個床，不擠。好評！吃飯的話，周邊有幾家吃飯的地方還不錯，經濟實惠，開車都這兒挺好的，方便出遊！

酒店在上甘嶺鎮離溪水公園10分鐘，有空調，注意熱水器需要自己開。希望老闆將前台工作電子化，當天去到老闆給阿姨留的紙條漏了我的預訂訊息，還得找回付款記錄才行，前台阿姨挺好人的。

位置小鎮中心，新裝修，很乾凈，衞生間不大大家都不要挑了，因為重點是乾淨！無蚊蟲很重要！5星好評，兩個男生，定了兩間房，為了睡得好，走時標間收拾很乾凈走的，希望老闆不要誤會。。。

這個賓館距上甘嶺溪水國家森林公園7公里左右，交通很方便。房間不大，乾淨整潔。衹是設施應該注意維修，我那個房間牆上插電水壺的插座壞了，不能用；浴室花灑壞了，四處噴水 ，希望儘快修好。
