The rest of this hotel is OK, but in the middle of the night, I was woken up by the smell of the toilet. I don't know what the reason is. The sewer has a problem and it is not installed properly. I wanted to stay for a week, but I couldn't move in under actual circumstances, so I contacted Ctrip customer service to return the room decisively.

The hotel is inconvenient to park. There is a government department on one side and a car wash shop on the other. There is no parking space of its own.

房間裏一進去就有一股臭水溝的味道，服務員用水裝在塑料袋裡蓋住浴室下水道口，根本無效。我們要求換房他們説住滿了，不給我們換。衹好忍耐一個晚上。我們想多要兩瓶水，可是要2元一瓶。又沒有早餐供應。插取電卡的還是個壞的，一不小心，卡片漏下去就沒有電了。這是我們從廣東經過多個省份走了7000多公里，住的最差的一個酒店

衞生：剛看到馬桶圈上的這個，把我噁心到了，原本準備喊前台的，發現房間電話也是壞的…最後想想還是算了，這種小地方，人家也不容易，勉強能住就行

千萬別定他家，不是星級價格極高，專門欺騙遊客！！！！！**房價200+元，攜程466元，一個名叫**的男前台，明明承諾過掃攜程碼訂房下單價再打八折，退房後返現，事後竟然不承認，我們總共定了兩晚家庭房，雖然誰都不差這差價188元錢，但欺騙消費者這種**的行為真的給伊春人民丟人！開始找攜程投訴無果，後來我們叫了警察，打了12345，從這時候開始攜程電話不斷，警察查看了店內監控，無奈監控沒有聲音，苦於沒有證據，我們就當這188塊錢***！！！事情的最後可能迫於多方面的影響，攜程把八折差價退給了我們，這個不是個例，聽説之前就有人跟我們有一模一樣的情況投訴了，寫出來希望大家不要像我們一樣被割韭菜。

十一出行的，整個伊春都很火爆，據説房間全部訂滿，我是提前好幾周訂了兩間房。每層有十幾個房間，賓館也不算小，整體還可以，離早市也很近。
設施：最大的缺點就是洗澡的熱水嚴重不足。我們的那個房間的熱水，在第一個人洗了十分鐘後就迅速變成了冷水。頭髮上的護髮素都還沒沖掉，整個無語。打電話給前台，工作人員上來看，特別輕描淡寫的説等十五分鐘就好了，實際上我們足足等了一個多小時才慢慢變熱。還説從來沒有接受到此類投訴。。事實上，我們訂的另一個房間也發生類似情況，他們第二個人洗到一半也變成冷水了。體驗下來就是熱水真的不足，洗澡得特別特別快，然後第二個人需要等一會再洗。我們去的時候伊春晚上應該是10℃以下吧，冷水洗頭挺無語，出來裹棉襖哼鼻涕更無語。
服務：前台態度雖然挺好的，就是對這個沒有熱水這個事情提供不了任何實際的幫助，也沒有辦法協調換房間或者解決洗澡洗到一半的問題。衹能硬等。所以對於我來説也可以説服務為零。

伊春是個很美的地方，酒店位置在伊春河的大堤對面，晨練非常贊！就是什麼也不幹，在大堤上面對滔滔河水放空1天也是享受。在北京36度以上的悶熱酷暑中，這裏的早晨居然12度。涼風習習，空氣中是植物的芬芳。難怪遊遍全國的徐雲都在伊春安家了！
再説回酒店，基本設施齊全，寬敞明亮，也還算乾淨（入住時床單有污漬，服務員大姐毫不猶豫換了新的）。
停車稍有不方便，車位太少了，不過總能停上。
酒店旁邊就是早市，太讚了！早點能吃一個星期不重樣！15公分長的鮮活小鯽魚居然10元5條！要是家在這裏，回去熬個鯽魚豆腐砂鍋，太美了！
總之值得再來，住上幾個月！
