首先作為一個度假酒店，基礎的酒店設施都非常不齊全，與價格完全不匹配，價格虛高，晚上九十點不到，大堂和酒店外面的燈都關掉了，要是不住這，你都不知道這有個酒店，走廊的燈也很少，早餐也沒有提供，温泉和泡澡袋都要另外收費是非常非常坑的，同等價位大家還是訂其他酒店吧，非常非常非常非常不推薦，開業沒幾年整的跟開了10年酒店一樣！

房間整體衞生不錯，但是作為星級酒店衞生還可以更高標準一點，這樣舒適度會更好。整體很不錯有專門晾衣服的地方，還有乒乓球枱，還有共享麻將房還是不錯的。

酒店房間裏的水可以直接泡湯，酒店位置也比較好找，出去離古鎮也近，酒店沒有早餐，但附近吃小吃挺方便的。
