When I made the reservation, the landlord said that the room was fully booked, but his relative had a similar room available so I could go there directly. I confirmed again and again that all the rooms in the suite were for our use, and asked the landlord to confirm the reservation after I showed the room. Landlord A still accepted the reservation directly. We arrived around 18:00 that afternoon, and the landlord brought people into our suite at 12:20 the next day when we hadn't checked out yet. They came up with all their bags and said this was the room they had booked. Before we checked out, a woman (probably landlord B's wife) told us to check out quickly. Later we contacted landlord B and he said he wasn't sure and that the tenant opened the door and came in himself.? ? ? The keys were in our hands and the landlord didn't give us the keys, so how could anyone get in? Our luggage and bags were in the living room, and someone opened the door and came in during our stay. When we told him that we hadn't checked out yet, he said that we could just cook a meal here and it wouldn't disturb us. Landlord B didn't even say a word of apology during the whole process and kept arguing that it wasn't his fault. He just asked us to be understanding and just have fun when we were out? Who can be happy in this situation? The woman who told us to check out immediately called the landlord and started to drive us away and scold us in the country dialect.
