The room was bright and clean, offering a capsule coffee machine, wireless charging, and an in-room tablet to control power and contact customer service. The hot water was plentiful and hot, and the smart check-in was seamless. Overall, a great experience.

During my stay, I noticed that the water supply in my room was yellow and contained impurities. I have photos and videos as proof. This situation affects basic hygiene and safety. However, when I reported it to the hotel, they simply told me to 'let the water run longer' and didn't offer any real solution or improvement. Even after following their instructions, the water quality remained abnormal. Furthermore, upon checking reviews later, I found that other guests had reported the same water quality issues in the past, indicating that this is not an isolated incident but rather a potential long-standing facility or management problem. This issue concerns basic hygiene and safety during a stay.

The facilities are quite new. Although the bathtub had a slight odor, the water pressure was excellent. However, the bathroom floor lacked anti-slip properties, which felt a bit dangerous. Also, the room's soundproofing wasn't great. Overall, it was still decent. As for service, since it's a self-check-in/no-front-desk design, I couldn't really rate it.

The hotel is new and clean, and we got a great deal on the room. It was a 6-person room for 4 of us, and having two TVs kept both the adults and kids happy.

This will be my top choice next time I visit Jiaoxi.
