Was meh for the price, Water gets cold if you shower for more than 5 minutes, „Seaside view“ is more like skyline of the train station. And most shops outside are pretty much vacant aside from the Shaved ice shops. Staff also doesn’t speak English but you get a couple water bottles and a bathtub

Booked for the Toucheng fireworks. Dogs are welcome, and the bathroom offers a full view of the fireworks. An unexpected surprise. I booked this hotel because I was going to Wushi Harbor to see whales and dolphins. Check-in is self-service, but you'll need a taxi to get in and out. There's no convenience store or restaurant downstairs, but thankfully you can order takeout. The room has a hot spring bath, which is great for soaking. The balcony offers a view of the ocean and Guishan Island. If you have a car for a self-drive trip, this is a good choice. We didn't have a car, so it wasn't very convenient.
