This was a personal business trip, and I stayed at the EuroMotel mainly because I trust the hotel group's accommodations. The location was also very convenient, close to Yilan Railway Station and Yilan Night Market, making it a great accommodation experience.

During my stay, the lights in room 113 were not adjustable, the bathroom drainage was poor, and water was leaking from the sink. I reported this to the front desk, and although they offered to help me change rooms, it was already late and I was tired, so they didn't. I suggest that the housekeeping staff pay attention to these issues when cleaning to avoid problems after guests check in, which could cause inconvenience and affect their stay. Thank you.

Stayed in room 106 for one night. Overall, it was OK. Only the humidity was a bit heavy and the massage button in the jacuzzi could not be pressed. The rest was OK. The service staff at the door were very polite.

There are always ants on the bed 🐜 There are even toilet paper in the toilet and next to the bathtub. Hygiene needs more attention❗️

The environment is not bad and the location is very good. The room is not as big as expected!

The room is comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. The grilled eel is generously provided. It’s really great value.
