總體來説還不算，距離諸葛亮公園不算遠，樓下吃飯非常方便，就是設施確實有點老舊，沒有心裏準備會嚇一跳，服務也還滿意。帶個視頻自己體會一下。

整體還行吧，性價比很高，但是房間衞生一般，剛進房間還能看到小蟲子在飛，走廊太長了，去房間要走很遠的路，隔音倒是挺好的

衞生間感覺不是很乾凈，洗澡的噴頭不是很出水，隔音效果不好，老是能聽到樓道里有人開門和走動。。。。。。

房間很大，衞生條件不錯，周邊生活方便；關鍵是價格合適，性價比很高，已經是第三次入住了，感覺還是很不錯的

房間面積挺大，位置也挺好，樓下吃東西很方便，但居住體驗很不好
1. 電視壞了，孩子看不了電視
2.床上用品不是一客一換，枕頭及床單上有頭髮
3.馬桶蓋是壞的，左右亂晃。沖水按鈕壞了，按地費勁
4.天花板掉皮了，牀頭櫃很臟，遙控器很臟
5.洗手池裂了，看着就不乾淨
6.房間有煙燻過的味，打開空調有一股怪味
7.插座很鬆，插上充電器後，稍微一動就掉下來了
8.不提供瓶裝水，洗衣機不提供洗衣液
9.不提供額外枕頭

房間寬敞，衞生乾淨，就是老樓房，房間有點黑，燈光有點暗，如果服務態度在好點就好了。關鍵是還沒有電梯。
