訂房時沒注意是酒店式公寓，衹看到今年新開的評價也好，結果入住體驗很差，衞生很差，入住時洗衣機上有煙灰沒清理，住了3天沒人打掃衞生拖地板，本來還要多住一天的果斷退掉，國慶節期間價格上漲但衞生服務沒漲，太不值這個價位了，還是酒店設施好點。

房間真的很大，還有洗衣機，周圍環境也很好，就挨着鳳凰公園，美中不足就是其他傢俱啥的太少了，頂燈巨亮無比，睡前想要個小一點的燈光都沒有，結合性價比來説很好了

酒店應該位於市中心的位置，對面就有一個公園，據司機介紹，到秋天樹葉很好看，但可惜這次行程太緊，沒能有時間到公園去逛逛。房間挺大的，周圍很多特色美食。前台小姐姐非常nice。

很不錯的一家酒店，前台小美女服務熱情周到，一次性用品很實惠，也合適和有潔癖的人，樓下吃飯很方便，什麼口味都有。唯一的遺憾就是停車收費。

房間很大，有一次性洗漱用品，窗外看出去就是鳳凰公園，樓下很多好吃的，其中很出名的冰煮羊好多人排隊，很好吃！距離博物館圖書館科技館都很近
