Good:
Extremely helpful owner, provided me with recommendations and contacts.
Spacious and nicely designed rooms with a fully stocked fridge with reasonable prices
Nice outdoor area.
Not so good:
Cleaning staff need training. Constantly knocking on doors, disrupting guests.
Rooms need redecorating and cleaning better.

Yinchuan is not big, so you can live anywhere. The landlord is very nice. The night is very quiet, the environment is very good, and the hygiene is very clean. Very cost-effective. Originally only planned to stay for one night, because all aspects were very good, and stayed for several nights. Recommended, the experience is very good.

衞生：很乾凈。
環境：交通方便，免費停車。低密度小區，晚上安靜，特別適合帶寵物入住，因為出門就可以遛狗太方便啦，車就停在房子旁邊，拿取東西也方便。
服務：小姐姐服務特別好，到門口迎接我，在前面騎車指路，還幫我提行李，非常感謝。
特別好的是這裏的盥洗區域，洗手是雙池，洗手、洗浴、上廁所分別是三個獨立的區域，真的很加分，完美。

辦理退房的時候店員真的太兇了，好拽啊，不懂為啥不能好好説話，花錢捱罵。
房間裏沒有一次性拖鞋，牙刷也比較硬，外面過人會比較吵，衞生也不太好。
