寧夏銀川喜來登酒店是一座來了就不想離開的酒店，酒店外觀設計新穎別緻，內部設施齊備，服務周到，管理細微，下午茶暖心，延遲退房讓人安心。

酒店位於新區，離覽山公園較近，配套設施不錯，有地下停車場和游泳池。外觀和大廳比較大氣，但房間內設施比較陳舊了，建議床上用品、衞生間的毛巾及衞浴設施可以更新了。早晨菜品比較豐富，但味道一般，沒有專門的引導員，次序有點亂，感覺性價比不夠好！

去年暑假住的三亞喜來登，這次來銀川也是繼續選擇喜來登，服務的品質還是一流的，感受非常好。這次在旺季，實在很無奈訂的兩晚必須換房，前台少數民族小姑娘很耐心，很漂亮，態度也很好。後來是客服幫我們在換房的時候直接安排的行李交接，我們並沒有自己弄，正常出去玩，回來行李已經完好放在新房間。客服的響應速度也很快。
行政禮遇:行政禮遇就是方便可以吃點，不屬於特別有特色，但是服務的小姑娘也特別熱情，點贊，簡直寧夏旅遊代言人，哈哈哈。雙床房也很大！

家庭親子在銀川旅遊入住了一晚喜來登。酒店自帶停車場，適合自駕前往；位置距離覽山公園不遠，入住期間傍晚可以前往覽山公園看日落；附近還有許多當地美食可以去吃。

酒店房間老舊，設施老舊，讓我最驚奇的是酒店裡的服務人員無論何時何地都沒有笑容，很多人似乎壓根不喜歡自己的工作，怨氣都在臉上，服務態度生硬冰冷，這是我第一次見到服務水平這麼差的喜來登，不是管理層的人有問題就是基層培訓有問題
