The hotel is new and modern. Excellent location. Walking distance to the Yinchuan railway station, bus terminal and bus rapid transit stop. The room is very clean. Excellent room service. The service people are very polite, courteous and helpful. From the window, an excellent view of the railway station and the surroundings. The hotel breakfast is simply superb. This hotel is highly recommended. A very special thank to the manager and his assistants for making our stay so comfortable.

The luckiest thing about this trip is that I chose this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff member Wang Yanxia was warm and considerate. She quickly checked me in and recommended nearby delicacies. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was rich and varied. The location is also great, and it is convenient for travel. I highly recommend it!

Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

I am really satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The service, environment and details are impeccable! The transportation is convenient, and the surrounding dining and shopping are very convenient, and it is also close to popular attractions. The front desk staff Xiao Yong is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out process is efficient, and he also took the initiative to upgrade the room type! The room service responds quickly and cleans very cleanly. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and clean, and I slept very well at night. The bathroom has plenty of hot water, and the toiletries are of good quality. The hotel is equipped with a gym, swimming pool, restaurant, etc. The breakfast variety is rich and tastes great! Having stayed at the Sheraton Sanya last summer, I continued my choice of Sheraton for this trip to Yinchuan. The service quality remains consistently excellent, and I had a truly wonderful experience. This visit was during peak season, and unfortunately, we had to switch rooms for our two-night stay. The young lady at the front desk, a member of an ethnic minority group, was incredibly patient, charming, and had a fantastic attitude. Later, customer service directly arranged our luggage transfer when we changed rooms, so we didn't have to handle it ourselves. We simply went out for the day, and upon our return, our luggage was already perfectly placed in our new room. The customer service team was also very quick to respond. Regarding the Executive Benefits: The executive lounge is convenient for grabbing a bite to eat, though its offerings aren't particularly unique. However, the young lady providing service there was exceptionally enthusiastic – big thumbs up! She was practically an ambassador for Ningxia tourism, haha. Also, the twin room was very spacious!

The hotel is newly opened, and the lobby is high-end and classy! The lobby is bright and spacious, and there are delivery service robots. There is an automatic laundry room, which is convenient and fast, and a gym, which is great. The front desk staff is proactive and enthusiastic. The room service staff also enthusiastically guides the floor and room numbers, and enthusiastically introduces the local tourist attractions and the surrounding special snacks. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast is also impeccable, with a wide variety of options, and most importantly, delicious ramen. There are also various drinks, coffee, milk, and everything else. A very good travel experience, I will choose this hotel next time!

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the room was quite clean, much cleaner than many apartment-style hotels. It was a good value for money. The bed was quite soft; I prefer a firmer one, but it was still comfortable.

The environment is great, the stay was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. It's a bit far from the city center, so driving is not a good option. The staff seemed understaffed, especially during check-in, when the number of people was so high that it felt overwhelming. I was embarrassed by the gift the security guard gave me. But you can really feel the simple people of Ningxia. It's great that the kids can make their own crafts. The night porridge was also very thoughtful! Recommended

While the hotel has its own parking lot, it's limited. However, parking is available in the parking areas on both sides, and the hotel reimburses parking fees, making it suitable for self-driving travelers. 3. The hotel has four floors of office space in the middle, and the elevators can be quite crowded during peak hours, which can cause some delays. However, the elevators operate reliably, though occasionally they can be a bit slow when crowded. We recommend using them during off-peak hours. 4. The breakfast selection isn't particularly extensive, but it's filling and tasty. The restaurant staff are friendly and helpful, even offering to carry plates when they see a large order. 5. The front desk staff is very friendly, check-in is efficient, and any issues are addressed promptly. The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the smart home control system (you can turn on and off lights and adjust the air conditioning by simply calling ”Xiaodu”) is a plus, perfect for those who prefer a lazy lifestyle. 6. There is a gym, but it's limited. The windows are well-insulated, but the doors aren't.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Jinfeng District's CBD, directly opposite the Ningxia Museum. After dinner, it's just a 5-minute stroll to People's Square to catch the musical fountain show. The location is absolutely unbeatable! Our room on the 37th floor boasted 270° floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing both the Helan Mountain sunset and Yinchuan's dazzling nightscape. Bathing felt like floating among the clouds. The kind staff at the front desk even thoughtfully brought up slippers and toothbrushes for the kids. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, featuring local specialties like hand-pulled lamb and goji berry yogurt – truly a revitalizing start to the day! As someone extremely particular about cleanliness, I couldn't find a single flaw; the bedding and bathroom were spotlessly clean, practically sparkling. I've already decided that this will be my go-to hotel for all future visits to Yinchuan. It's undoubtedly the top hotel in Yinchuan!
