The room service responds quickly and cleans very cleanly. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and clean, and I slept very well at night. The bathroom has plenty of hot water, and the toiletries are of good quality. The hotel is equipped with a gym, swimming pool, restaurant, etc. The breakfast variety is rich and tastes great! We came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

The service at this hotel is very attentive, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and there are many food and shopping options around. The breakfast was rich and varied, the staff was friendly, and the stay was great. I will choose here next time.

The hotel is perfectly located above Yinchuan's bustling shopping mall, offering convenient transportation. Nearby are a variety of restaurants, entertainment venues, and a night market. Tea House is just a short walk downstairs. The rooms are fully equipped and very clean. The mattress is incredibly soft and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful, and the space is spacious, so there's no need to wait for a table. The service was excellent and attentive, especially Li Jiyan, who was very helpful. I look forward to staying here again!

Having stayed at the Sheraton Sanya last summer, I continued my choice of Sheraton for this trip to Yinchuan. The service quality remains consistently excellent, and I had a truly wonderful experience. This visit was during peak season, and unfortunately, we had to switch rooms for our two-night stay. The young lady at the front desk, a member of an ethnic minority group, was incredibly patient, charming, and had a fantastic attitude. Later, customer service directly arranged our luggage transfer when we changed rooms, so we didn't have to handle it ourselves. We simply went out for the day, and upon our return, our luggage was already perfectly placed in our new room. The customer service team was also very quick to respond. Regarding the Executive Benefits: The executive lounge is convenient for grabbing a bite to eat, though its offerings aren't particularly unique. However, the young lady providing service there was exceptionally enthusiastic – big thumbs up! She was practically an ambassador for Ningxia tourism, haha. Also, the twin room was very spacious!

Superb soundproofing: Despite facing a busy street, once the windows were closed, I heard virtually no noise. This was an absolute godsend for a light sleeper like me, ensuring I had a truly restful night's sleep. 3. Thoughtful and attentive service: The front desk staff were not only efficient but also greeted me warmly, which made me feel very welcome. When they saw me return with a package, they even thoughtfully offered me scissors without me asking – such incredible attention to detail! 4. Breakfast with local specialties: Besides the standard Chinese and Western options, they surprisingly offered freshly prepared local specialty noodles, which tasted incredibly authentic and provided plenty of energy for a day of exploring.

The hotel has a good environment, with a lake behind it and beautiful scenery. The parking lot is large and convenient. There is Ningxia cultural and tourism information in the room. The breakfast is rich in variety, including mutton offal soup, beef noodles and other local specialties.

We booked a parent-child room, the room is quite big, there is a buffet coffee in the lobby, very good! It is also very convenient to eat nearby, many restaurants, but if you want to go to a bigger supermarket, you can go to Wanda about 1 km nearby. Impressed is that we went to the nearby food hall Han restaurant, ** four people meal is simply too cost-effective, can not finish eating!

My husband and I live in his house every time I come to Yinchuan. I have to make a reservation in advance. Sometimes there is no room. The apartment hotel is the cleanest. The front desk lady is very gentle and has a very good attitude. The internet speed is fast. The latest version of the computer is oversized. I love it, mainly downstairs to eat, drink and play.
