A friend came to visit, and I booked this hotel for him. The hotel is strategically located in People's Square, very close to Ningxia Museum and Yuehai New World, making travel very convenient. The hotel staff is warm and helpful. The hotel also upgraded the rooms, which have floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of Yuehai Lake. The scenery is very good. The breakfast is also rich with many varieties. My friend also said that it was comfortable to stay here, and the room was very quiet. I would like to ask my friends to stay here next time.

I couldn't believe there was such a great and affordable hotel in the heart of Yinchuan. It's incredibly cost-effective, located at a crossroads, just a few minutes' walk from the Ningxia Museum. Parking is right outside the door, and nearby restaurants and shopping are conveniently located. The room and bed were spacious, the layout was well-designed, the colors were elegant, the dry and wet areas were separate, and the place was spotless. All the amenities were voice-controlled, and the front desk service was proactive and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful, and there's a gym and laundry on the second floor. I've never seen a hotel with such a comprehensive menu! This hotel perfectly complemented my trip. It's a true gem, and I give it a huge thumbs up!

WWitidaWe came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

BBeiyiwangdelainuoFood: Breakfast is semi-buffet, and the staple food needs to be determined one night in advance. Freshly squeezed juice, pastries, fruits, etc. will be available for self-service. Although there are not many breakfast varieties, the taste is very good. The B&B also provides meals, but it needs to be booked one day in advance. The portion is full and the taste is also very good.
Service: The butler will add you to WeChat early and answer questions online throughout the whole process. There is also a butler group, which provides a one-to-one saturated service, and most needs can be solved in time. Inform the butler of the arrival time, and the butler will drive the shuttle bus to the door of the winery to receive you.
Room: Free upgrade to the starry sky duplex king bed room A, while retaining the viewing balcony, it is also equipped with a loft directly connected to the rooftop terrace, which is a good place for night stargazing. The room has comfortable bedding, and is equipped with a relatively hard buckwheat pillow and a softer latex pillow. The mini bar is free, and the tea room is equipped with local eight-treasure tea bags.
Building: It is both a B&B and a winery. There is a large vineyard between the welcoming gate and the accommodation area. It is summer, and the low grape vines are beginning to sprout and bloom. The -1F of the main building is the wine cellar and brewing workshop of the Chateau de Chadolan. You can contact the housekeeper to make an appointment in advance, and the tour is free. Thanks to Master Zhou of the winery, the explanation is very detailed, and many of the explanations are refreshing. I also tasted the original wine directly from the fermentation tank, which is a rare and special experience. I heard that the B&B will open an outdoor swimming pool in summer, which must be good for watching movies. Unfortunately, the schedule is relatively tight and I didn’t have time to visit it properly.
Location: At the foot of the Helan Mountains, close to Manpu Town and Zhenbeibao Western Film City, both of which are 15 minutes away by car. There are many wineries around, including Liushi Winery, Walfeng, Xiamu, Turandot and other wineries, all within a 30-minute drive. Go north to the Helan Rock Painting Scenic Area, which takes about 30 minutes.

XXiaoyi0730Very satisfied. This is my first time staying at Hampton by Hilton. The hotel is positioned as a mid-to-high-end chain business hotel. The price is relatively favorable. It is still slightly luxurious in the same level. After all, it has authentic pedigree. The food is super good, with many varieties and a full range. The freshly made beef noodles taste very good. The front desk staff is very responsible and helped me pack the trekking poles I wanted to check in. At the same time, I would like to thank the front desk lady surnamed Li for upgrading my room for free. The room service staff also found my hat. Thank you very much.

GGuest UserLovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area.
The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super !
We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity.
We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The toiletries were all upmarket
If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping.
Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

KKAN See YemThe hotel is new and modern. Excellent location. Walking distance to the Yinchuan railway station, bus terminal and bus rapid transit stop. The room is very clean. Excellent room service. The service people are very polite, courteous and helpful. From the window, an excellent view of the railway station and the surroundings. The hotel breakfast is simply superb. This hotel is highly recommended. A very special thank to the manager and his assistants for making our stay so comfortable.

**Facilities:** I have to praise the mirror light and the makeup mirror; they are super large and bright, perfect for female travelers who need to do their makeup meticulously. However, some lights in the room weren't working, but it didn't bother me, so I didn't contact the front desk. Overall, it's very good.
**Cleanliness:** It was very clean.
**Service:** The front desk staff was super enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel front desk also has tourist maps, making it easy to plan your Ningxia trip.
