酒店設施挺新的，衞生也很好，環境不錯，旁邊有個湖景，景色不錯，每天早上起來都會到湖邊晨跑，酒店背後有娛樂場，球場，業餘時間可以打羽毛球，周圍有很多早餐店多種選擇，酒店服務也特別熱情和友善。值得推薦。下次來英德還會選擇這裏。

以後再定這家店就是狗。隔音非常差，窗户關不上，有風從縫裡吹進來，加上空調口又對着窗簾，輕微吹開窗簾就以為半夜有人從窗户爬進來，嚇得半夜驚醒，整晚睡不着。電視機沒信號，打開就一直停留在一個畫面。廁所洗手盆的縫都發黴了，隔音又不好，旁邊是樓梯，對面是樓梯，整晚就聽到咚咚咚，走路，説話的聲音。

前台：有。
我：如果出去了再回來沒有停車位會需要自己去找嗎？
前台：不用我們自己會幫你找。
我：結果晚一點回來我就説沒有停車位了哪裡有。
前台：這個需要你自己找，沒有的話你就去附近看一下有沒有。
而且那個態度愛理不理的樣子。
然後出去玩口渴了，想泡個茶喝，結果是過期的，無語極了。

原來以為可以升級房間，結果發現已經到了最高級沒法再升級了。建議酒店對包裝的毛巾進行檢查，破洞的就不要再用了。
