中午到的酒店，入住就收到了前台小姐姐送的一份小零食，出去吃飯的時候問小姐姐有什麼推薦，小姐姐很是熱情的給我推薦了好幾家，酒店不是很高大上的那種，但勝在足夠温馨，裏面的每個工作人員，哪怕是掃地的大姐，見到都會熱情的打招呼或者幫忙按電梯，下次有機會肯定還來住

位置在市中心，交通便利的，酒店配置了獨棟的停車場，完全不用擔心車位的問題，辦理入住時收到了一份打包好的小零食，而且房間裏有配了紅茶和綠茶的茶包，還挺貼心的，下次再來英德還會考慮住這裏

住了兩天，下了兩天的雨，幸好酒店有洗衣房，工作人員直接洗好烘乾後就幫我送回房間，很是貼心，然後得知我這兩天上火，前台的小姐姐還送了我兩包清熱降火的茶包，哈哈，喜提廣東特產

酒店整體讓人感覺很温馨，服務很周到，下雨天，我穿着酒店的一次性拖鞋去旁邊的美宜佳買東西，回來得時候鞋子已經濕透了，前台小哥哥馬上就遞了一雙新的拖鞋給我，很不錯很不錯！

這家店屬於那種很熱情的酒店，哈哈哈，因為從入住開始，就很熱情的送我小零食，給我介紹酒店的設施設備，反正方方面面都做了提醒，房間還配了他們這邊比較出名的紅茶茶包，挺好的

英德景色真的是不錯，因為習慣住維也納，所以決定過來玩就毫不猶豫的選了這家酒店，從入住到退房，都能感受到來自工作人員的熱情，早餐是自助餐，菜品不是特別多，但還是很豐盛的

酒店挺不錯的，屬於麻雀雖小五臟俱全的那種，有停車場，有洗衣房，工作人員見到都會很熱情的打招呼，下雨打車回酒店，一下車就看到一個小姐姐撐着傘過來接我，貼心～

幫爸媽預訂的，入住後各種給我發照片，又是小零食，又是茶包，還幫長者家準備了防滑墊，把長者家開心得呀，一直説酒店很不錯，哈哈哈，所以必須得酒店一個大大大大得贊

停車很方便，車位充足，還專門有服務員上門幫忙拿衣服去送洗，大概過了兩個小時，就幫忙烘乾送回來了，早餐品種還挺多的，不錯不錯
