一個榻榻米能睡下四五個人，我們一行三大一小睡得非常寬敞。住店還送水果很新鮮，水果品質很好。早餐是和温泉的用餐是一個地方，品種非常多，很豐盛。
單人單次温泉門票:我們的房間贈送兩張温泉門票，遺憾的是在住店期間衹能進一次。
設施：温泉裡邊有小童水寨，游泳池連着魚缸是一個非常有創意的景觀，孩子最喜歡看那四衹海龜和一衹小鯊魚。
服務：我們一早進去的人還不是很多，提前先把澡洗完了。在中午左右，人就變得非常多了。

這是我第二次帶娃入住，第一次是大約四五年前。雖然已經好幾年過去了，但是酒店整體環境保持的不錯，我們是31號晚上入住正好跨年，客房贈送了歡迎水果，我打電話給客房部要了孩子的拖鞋很快就送來了。房間贈送了兩張成人温泉票，領下十度户外泡温泉真的是太爽了！水上樂園孩子也很喜歡，面積不小。二樓還有書吧和休息大廳，温度很高一點也不冷。特別誇獎一下第二天的早餐，種類很多，韭菜盒子以及很多麪食都是現做，竟然還有麻辣燙。總之就是非常愉快的一次出行，下次還會再光顧的。

房間寬敞，服務很好，温泉水很清，露天温泉好幾個湯池，我們去得晚一些，人不多，長者孩子玩得很開心，贈送單人單次温泉門票，下次還會再去。

就沒住過這麼差的酒店，看着好評多帶孩子來玩，怎麼來的高評分和好評呢？我都理解不了，前台服務態度那叫一個差，單次門票一點不人性化，單次進出 出來就沒有用了 而且 6點 温泉區 包括洗浴全都關門了，你讓我們在這住的 之後幹嘛 就在房間？ 而且娛樂設施很老，小童娛樂區都是鐵的 非常不安全 特別滑，水質特別差 都是黑渣渣，玩完渾身癢，現在説回酒店，對得起 這麼高的房價嗎？ 空間小不説 而且特別臟，榻榻米 墊子和套都不配套，都是頭髮 被子發黑……地上都不知道是什麼渣渣！非常差的一次體驗 特別特別差

出行的主要目的是帶我閨女玩水，水質還是可以的沒有怪味道水質很清澈，可肯能是人比較少的原因，可以推薦一下，能玩的水項目比較少同時見到幾個長者在游泳，室外的温泉感覺也不錯30幾度到40幾度的水温水質都不錯。最後要走了才發現二樓休息廳是有淘氣堡的，人也比較少，我們住了兩宿，每天都有果盤送，離店的時候房卡少了一張扣掉20刀不多見，也算是理解小地方比較注重細節吧。

衞生條件、遊戲設施都差強人意，好在孩子玩的還挺開心的，小朋友比較容易滿足，服務整體來説還可以，我們給孩子自帶的洞洞鞋中途被別人穿走了，兒子有點難過，沒想到晚上出來的時候發現被工作人員放在儲物櫃旁，有心了，這一點加分

服務：很差，酒店房間電視和遙控器都是壞的。温泉前台日常黑臉，衹對團隊客户有笑容，散客壓根沒服務，對客人很差！
贈送單人單次温泉門票:從來沒見過一個温泉酒店，入住期間，温泉不是無限次的，非常不人性化。
最差的是温泉，管理混亂，就是一個普通的市區裏面的桑拿浴而已。拖鞋亂放，容易丟失。
二樓所謂的小童區，放了一堆遊戲機還要額外投幣，一個小孩子畫畫的，38元20分鐘，分分鐘讓你門票翻倍。
休息大廳，很臭，一瓶水8元，一包香煙玉溪48，全部翻三倍，你怎麼不去搶劫？

第一次去，先説衞生，整體上還可以吧，因為是旅遊旺季，會有打掃不徹底，但是服務很到位，能夠及時清理，早餐很豐富。住宿周邊交通不發達，最好是自駕或者約車吧。
