住了這麼多次華住會 你家前台服務真是一絕 真是驚呆了 前台太能過度推銷付費會員了 已經明確拒絕過很多次了 最可笑的是 還稍微帶點威脅 我説要延時一個點 居然告訴我延不了 你辦理會員就能延 我定錯了同等價位雙床房 同樣也是告訴我 你辦會員就不用重新訂了 如果酒店老闆能看的話 你家前台的服務該好好培訓了 和那幾家同檔次的差太多太多

酒店其他不錯，就是服務員一直要求辦理華住會金卡，誤導消費。辦了卡才知道優惠劵壓根就不能第二天試用 金卡有效期很短。已經投訴未解決

衞生：房間很乾凈，床品也很整潔，酒店贈送礦泉水也是農夫山泉，一點不敷衍

隔音超級差評，隔壁房間嘮嗑打呼嚕洗臉流水聲聽的清清楚楚，服務態度超級差評，登記的時候特意要求要肅靜點的放假，結果給安排個隔壁住好幾個人的房間，對房間不滿意前台衹冷冷的回覆知道了
