There is no air conditioning in the room, and there is a problem with the bathroom door that cannot be opened. The most frustrating thing is that there is a washing machine, but you have to go to the front desk and pay separately for washing powder. I will never stay in this hotel again.

客房衞生很堪憂啊，這床單又是頭髮又是不明液體的黃漬，也不知道換沒換，而且5樓的客房提供洗手液提供帶紙盒包裝的洗漱用具，到了3樓之後洗手液變香皂，洗漱用品就是招待所那種塑料套裝了，一樣的價格5樓比3樓的客房高級嗎？還有我是中午剛入住的客人，下午人不在的時候進房子打掃衞生？

烏魯木齊到額濟納走京新高速，看地圖選定伊吾縣作為中轉，不小心踩雷。因為粗心，訂了縣裡唯一4鑽的金泰酒店。下高速後過縣城又繼續走70公里省道縣道，才到一個叫淖毛湖的鎮子。一進一出多走3個小時路倒也罷了，住店體驗不佳才窩心。酒店實在離4星差的太遠。房間不大，有智能語音控制。裝修簡單，卧室地板一鋪到底進洗手間和淋浴房。桌子、椅子、茶几、沙發一概不配！給兩瓶水。茶沒有，咖啡沒有。洗澡熱水不穩。早餐一般，跟旅行團一塊搶着吃。有停車場車，適合自駕。
