When we checked in, the hotel front desk staff proactively gave gifts to my two children, and also offered free afternoon tea vouchers. The afternoon tea consisted of Chinese pastries and tea, which was a bit too sweet for my liking. It would have been great if there were some savory options too. The room was very spacious, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit. The restaurant next door had delicious food and was very convenient.

We stayed with our child and were very satisfied throughout our stay. The front desk staff were kind and friendly, and all our requests were met. When we needed extra blankets at night, the staff promptly delivered them. They thoughtfully provided children's slippers and toothbrushes without us even asking. Upon check-out, they even gave us local specialties as a gift. The breakfast selection was also very rich. We also received an afternoon tea voucher upon check-in, which unfortunately we didn't get to use. The beef in the beef noodles were large chunks of brisket, and my child loved it. If we come back again, we will definitely stay here.

My only confusion is why Trip.com categorizes this as a five-star hotel? It definitely doesn't meet the hardware standards for that. While the room facilities are new and good, there's no bathtub or refrigerator. It really shouldn't be considered five-star.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk to the night market and shopping malls, and very convenient for getting to the trade city. The room was clean and comfortable. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling.
