Yiwu Hotel (International Trade City)

Initially, I was a bit concerned the hotel might be too old and potentially unreliable, but after checking in, I truly experienced the high service standards of a star-rated hotel. I stayed for two nights and was extremely satisfied! Service: The hotel's location right next to Santing Road Night Market was incredibly convenient for walking back in the evenings. A huge bonus for a shopper like me was the complimentary morning and evening shuttle service to the Trade City. The mini-bus even had a sunroof, which made for a lovely photo opportunity and a pleasant ride. On Sundays, if the shuttle gets full, they wisely split it into two trips. On the evening of my second day, while I was relaxing in my room, a lovely fruit platter was unexpectedly delivered! Facilities: While the facilities are undeniably older, they are impeccably clean, and there was always ample hot water. I had a minor issue with a power outlet at first, but housekeeping promptly came and resolved it. Very satisfied with their responsiveness!

The ambiance is quite good, and while the hotel isn't brand new, its location is excellent, being close to the commercial district. The breakfast was surprisingly extensive, and there are many convenient dining options nearby.

Very good overall. Manager Zhou at the front desk was very welcoming and personally showed us the room. The breakfast was also extensive and offered a great variety.

The breakfast spread was quite generous. The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle service at 10 AM to the International Trade City. Rooms come equipped with a refrigerator, and they even offered complimentary fruit.

The warm, smiling service from the front desk staff was truly delightful; they proactively offered a room upgrade and thoroughly explained all the hotel's amenities. Room service requests were handled with incredible speed, and the thoughtful little gift from the lobby manager was a lovely touch. This feeling of being genuinely valued as a guest is truly the soul of great hospitality! Plus, there's a pleasant terrace garden on the fourth floor, which is a nice bonus.
