The cleanliness of the room was not very good. I stayed for 3 days in a row. When I went back to the room on the second night, I only emptied the trash can. The paper towels on the table were not cleaned. The toothbrush and toothpaste on the washbasin were not cleaned either. It was new. I won’t change it either.

The bed was not clean, there was hair in the bathroom!! Very sloppy, the front desk service was average, there was no breakfast, the soundproofing was very poor, there were people talking in the corridor all night, and someone knocked on the wrong door in the morning! The most important thing is that the TV is a decoration and useless. Vienna is so disappointing, I will never stay there again
