The room was good overall (just the shower drain was clogged, a bunch of hair blocked it after I opened it)
The bad experience: I was asked to pay a 100 deposit for no reason when I checked in (their reason was that other guests took their things, and I didn't pay it after I told them that my reservation said no deposit was required.)
After checking out, I gave them the room card, and at noon they asked me for the room card again, which was also a bit strange. In general, the management is chaotic.
