根本沒去住 也不打電話問一下 一打電話過去就是什麼你自己不來 我們也不會退款要投訴就投訴 服務態度是真**的差 而且客服態度也差 説什麼退不了款 昨天提交退款申請還不通過 今天一起來給我自己入住 真的無語 不知道你們客服是怎麼解決的真**無語

沒有免費停車沒有免費停車沒有沒費停車！！！停車費20一個晚上30分鐘後5塊錢。房費100多兩台車40塊一晚還不如住140的房間可以免費停。房間旁邊是個飯店早上還漂進來油煙味。一個走廊很長很長房間不太方便找老闆也沒提前告知房間在哪就説了個樓層。幾個電梯其中一個走到小區裏面要繞一大圈才能出來一樓還是黑的沒燈。我個人怕黑非常不舒服。地插是壞的沒看見很容易絆倒（點卡額插進去老半天才來電看不見的機率挺高）牆上其他的插座沒有一個可以充電插進去了充電器會掉出來。床非常硬躺上去還望下陷睡一晚全身痠痛。慎重入住。
