The rooms are fine. The breakfast is mainly Japanese. Not much Western, cereal and toast.
The front desk people, especially the head person, can be snobbish and even rude. Big PROBLEM, the beds are terrible. Very old with springs jutting into your back. That's it. Good luck sleeping.

Firstly the location is second to none! 3 minute walk from the station which was gold after a long day on the train and with heavy bags. The room was fine. Standard Japanese hotel size. Comfy bed. The only complaint I have was breakfast, the breakfast room was much too small to accommodate the number of guests in the hote,people had to wait to get a seat, l and the food was very bland I'm sorry to say. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Happy to recommend if you can get past the breakfast issues.

A very pleasant accommodation experience, I will continue to support it. The advantage of Japanese hotels is that they are cost-effective, clean and tidy, and you don't have to worry about it. It's a three-minute walk from Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station. Everything is so good

It's close to the station and has easy access to the downtown area.
There was free coffee and many amenities, so it was very comfortable.

The location is excellent, just a three-minute walk from Kintetsu Yokkaichi.
The room is close to the railway line, but it has almost no impact. There is a pillow selection, which is beyond the general business hotel, and the lobby has a rich selection of amenities.
The breakfast is standard and the service is very good.
I will stay again if I have the chance.

The lady in the dining room was very nice and greeted me every morning. 🤩
