Citadines Harbour Front Yokohama

Honestly, everything about this place is just amazing! I can't believe they even have a kitchen with all the utensils you need if you want to cook something yourself. The front desk staff were all incredibly kind, every single one of them! 🥺 It's also really close to Yamashita Park and other attractions. The risotto at the coffee shop downstairs is absolutely delicious, and the breakfast at the cafe across the street is fantastic too – that royal milk tea is especially fragrant. Staying here in Yokohama is just pure bliss!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room had a small kitchenette and was much more spacious than typical Japanese chain hotels, making for a very comfortable stay. The lobby has a charming red-brick retro style that really captures the essence of Yokohama, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The biggest bonus was the location. It's incredibly close to the cruise terminal, just a 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient if you're taking a cruise from Yokohama. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything from the room and service to the location. I would definitely want to stay here again next time I take a cruise. Highly recommended!

The room was very new with excellent natural light. The trash can was the biggest I've ever seen in a hotel room, and the refrigerator was also a large, two-door unit. There's a bakery on the first floor with good food. It's not ideal for watching fireworks; most of them are blocked by the building on the left. Luckily, it's just a five-minute walk to the riverside to watch them.

The hotel is right outside MM Station. The Japanese staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They signed me up for a membership, which allowed for early check-in and a room upgrade. The hotel facilities are all new, well-equipped, and the soundproofing is excellent. There are many convenience stores nearby, the surroundings are beautiful, and it's very close to the baseball stadium.

The common areas were very upscale, and there were many washing machines available, which was convenient, practical, and affordable. The subway entrance is right downstairs. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The room was great, and the location is excellent with plenty of convenience stores nearby. The staff were friendly, and it takes about 30 minutes to get to central Tokyo. The public areas include a gym, laundry room, and meeting rooms.

The location is fantastic! It's right in the city center, less than a 10-minute walk from the Osanbashi Cruise Terminal. The hotel is also directly connected to Odori Station via the subway, which was a lifesaver on hot days as we barely had to walk outside. Yamashita Park and Chinatown are both within a 10-minute walk too. The hotel environment and service were absolutely impeccable. The third photo was taken from our room, showing the cruise terminal.

Fantastic hotel! The night views are incredible, and the daytime sea views are beautiful too. Having a kitchen is super convenient, and the location is excellent with the subway right downstairs. It's truly great, I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
