The hotel is quite new, just opened in 2024. It is quite close to the train station of yokohama, covered all the way from the train station to shopping arcades to the hotel. You don't even need to have your umbrella if it rains. The hotel is easy to locate. It is quite tidy with all the basic stuffs in the room. You can watch youtube in the TV. The staff are friendly and helpful. One thing I think can improve, this hotel brand (which I have lived in a number of different hotels from this brand) requires room cleaning (even if you decline so) every 3 days (if you live more than 3 days). I don't think it is necessary if the hotel guests do not require so in order to save manpower and be more environmental friendly (which I think the hotel is on one hand promoting). . Overall, I think the hotel is good.

Good location

Very new hotel. Easy check-in and check-out. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and polite. Location was good, near to a supermarket and lots of food choices.

New hotel near Yokohama Station, better than Sheraton I would said! Room size bigger and the rate is lower than what I paying in Sheraton. Definitely my first choice hotel when visiting Yokohama now.

Room is big and spacious, with 3 bed separated bath and toilet. No bottle water provided in the room. Near the train station and very convenient, Takashimaya is just and the station. Car rental is nearby as well. Is less than 1hr by train from Haneda airport. Kose facial amenities are provided in the room.

Excellect location. Easy access to MRT station. Easy walk to shoppings and many others. Hotel is modern and upscale. Room is good size for one, since I booked a single double room.

Great hotel near Yokohama station, spacious room and friendly staff

Brand new hotel with everything in great condition. Everything was perfect and super value for money considering what you get. I booked a corner room with a great view, which even had a washing machine in the room.

Newly opened so expect that everything is new and fresh. We got the corner suite, which was a bonus. We loved how big the room is and situated very close to the shopping malls and railway. Recommended!!

The overall stay was very good, and the breakfast was great. I stayed for 5 consecutive days, and the dishes did not change, which was a bit monotonous. If you find the right exit from the station, it is actually very close. Take the elevator to the second floor, then walk across the overpass and you will be directly at the hotel.

My friend had half of his body lying on the bed, and he immediately had an allergy, all red rashes. He called the hotel front desk, but the front desk didn't know English and kept using a translator to translate. My request was to change the room, or change the sheets in front of me. Because I had a lot of luggage, I wanted a room on the same floor. They said they couldn't be sure if it was because of the allergy in their hotel, so we had to go to the hospital to get a certificate. Only half of the arm that touched the sheets was allergic. The hotel front desk said that there were no rooms of the same type on this floor and I had to move to a lower floor. I asked if there were any different types? He said they were all sold out. 3. The staff had a very bad attitude. He said he would change my bed sheets, but he put my new bed sheets directly on the sofa next to him, and shook my quilt directly onto the floor when he was spreading the quilt. Who would dare to sleep there? ? He kept laughing and spoke in a sarcastic tone. I took a photo as evidence and accidentally took a photo of an employee's face. He said I violated his privacy and called the police. I took a screenshot of the picture again and only kept their backs and said it still didn't work. 4. During the trip, Ctrip customer service kept helping to contact the hotel, but the hotel didn't answer. I had to ask the staff for the hotel manager's phone number, but the staff tried every means to stop me and refused to give it. Finally, he gave it and said he couldn't tell me directly. He said he wanted him to read it to me? ? ? 5. Safety is worrying. The manager agreed to change my room, but the hotel staff refused to give me a new room card. Finally, the police came. The hotel staff reluctantly changed the room and called their male friends (probably) to bring their own work cards to stand next to the police and stare at us. We asked him what he was looking at and why he didn't leave, but he didn't say anything. Finally, we told the police that we were scared and why he kept staring at us, so the police let him go? ? ? It was the first time in my life that I called the police abroad. Awesome!
