The night light in the room cannot be turned off. I asked the waiter and he said it was specially set. The key point is why make it so bright? The room is very bright all night long. It can only be turned off by pulling out the power card. I am really speechless that such a useless function is set. The lights went out when the power card was pulled out, but the air conditioner didn't work because there was no electricity in the room, the socket didn't work, and the sound insulation in the room was not good. In addition: the public areas of the hotel were very cold and there was no air conditioning. The room was average, and the shower water temperature was hard to control, either too cold or too hot, which was uncomfortable. I'd stay in another hotel next time!

入住體驗太棒了，前台cici小姐姐，貼心幫忙延遲房間，退房的時候還送了很多小禮品，太棒了，必須點一個五星好評，以後要經常來住這個酒店，早餐豐盛，有愛吃的小籠包，地理位置優越，交通便利，購物方便。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全。很贊

酒店環境安靜舒適，大堂設計很有格調，讓人一進門就感覺放鬆。Alice小姐姐服務很棒，辦理入住效率高，房間空間寬敞，設施齊全，衞生間乾濕分離做得很好，洗浴水壓充足。床品柔軟乾淨，睡眠質量特別高。前台姍姍和客房服務都很專業細緻，有求必應。早餐種類豐富，食材新鮮，還有現煮的當地特色小吃。

必須誇誇酒店前台！珊珊 辦理入住時，前台主動詢問我的出行需求，得知我是來出差，不僅快速幫我把發票訊息錄入系統，還貼心升級了高樓層的安靜房型，説能讓我休息得更好。還特意幫我查好路線、標註在便簽上，這種主動替客人着想的服務，真的太圈粉了！
