MM272303****When checking in, the front desk staff ”Shanshan” had a very good attitude, the action was quick and meticulous, patiently explained the breakfast time, elevator location and room facilities, and also asked us if we wanted a room by the window, which was very intimate. Not long after entering the room, I received the fresh fruit plate sent by the hotel to disperse the fatigue of the journey. This small surprise is too poking! , I carefully check the billing message to Shanshan when I check out.

I tried looking for the hotel's contact information on my phone, but the number listed on Ctrip wasn't working. I finally got through using the number listed on Baidu. I asked for repairs twice, but no one showed up. I asked Ctrip to coordinate, and the hotel wouldn't contact me, but they eventually did. The soundproofing was poor, and even talking at the door was clear. The price was good, though.
