Free upgraded room upon check-in, good customer service, nice room with good breakfast

We arrived early at the hotel. However, the room that we booked the guest had not check-out. So the hotel front desk staff kindly upgraded us to another room so we could rest in the room. The room and bathroom are spacious and cleaned. The beds were comfortable. We had a good rest. The hotel's breakfast was good and have many varieties. We will stay at this hotel again if we go to Yong Chun again.

No fridge in the room. The hotel reception is a bit slow in doing the check in procedure. Very simple breakfast, but room is spacious and clean

Everything is good, it is just the location is at a very new area and doesn’t have much thing to roam around.

It was the best hotel I've stayed in so far during my China Trip. It offers a great breakfast, is a new hotel, has a very big room, and is the best value for money. I definitely will come back again!

The room was very new, and the hallway was filled with the pleasant aroma of tea. The robots that delivered items were very intelligent, and the breakfast was good. Cons: The room lacked a full-length mirror, but there was a mirror light, which seemed missing. The bathroom floor was very slippery. The lighting in the tea-making area was dim; the lights could be brighter or two more lights could be installed. For some reason, there were photos of foreign tourists visiting Yongchun on the wall, which didn't seem to fit in.

I've stayed at this hotel twice in Yongchun. The front desk staff made me feel right at home. The hotel is new, but without the unpleasant smell of newly renovated buildings. It's truly a great value.

Environment: Fantastic! The morning view was stunning! It was so quiet. Yongchun is a great place to visit, with fresh air and mountains all around. Facilities: The front desk gave us a free room upgrade! It was the largest room I'd ever stayed in, so I was a little uncomfortable with the hotel the next day! The facilities were all relatively new, and the bed was very comfortable. Service: Excellent, very polite. We were able to notify them promptly if we missed anything. Cleanliness: Excellent, excellent, excellent. I didn't take any photos, but it's definitely worth a stay! The vinegar pork knuckle and beef soup there are also delicious. You absolutely have to visit a place recommended by a local to avoid disappointment.

On my first trip to Yongchun, I stayed at the Lemons Garden Hotel and was completely blown away by the service! The front desk lady was incredibly nice. Seeing that I arrived early and my original room hadn't been cleaned yet, she immediately upgraded me to a free room. This unexpected surprise instantly lifted my spirits. The room was even more spacious and brighter than I expected, and the bedding was soft as a cloud. I especially loved the tea bar by the window, where I could enjoy a cup of tea while admiring the street view. The housekeepers were so welcoming and welcoming, which was a truly heartwarming experience. The hotel is also in a prime location, just a ten-minute taxi ride from the Yongchun Old Vinegar Cultural and Creative Park. The vinegar-making demonstrations there are truly fascinating, and you can buy authentic Yongchun vinegar as a souvenir. There's also a delicious stall nearby that I highly recommend! Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Yongchun again. It's perfect for travelers like me who enjoy a slower pace of travel, wanting to enjoy a comfortable stay while immersing themselves in the relaxed atmosphere of Yongchun.

The room was spacious, with a 1.8-meter king-size bed and a 1.35-meter single bed, perfect for a family trip with two adults and two children. There was also a tea table with all the tea utensils, perfect for chatting with family and friends. The room also had a slide and a rocking car, perfect for children. The restaurant was also very nice and highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again.

The front desk service was enthusiastic, and they gave children breakfast and small gifts. The room was big enough, and the restaurant in the hotel was very cost-effective. There were some flaws in the check-in, and the manager handled it very well.
