The hotel's pick-up and drop-off service is very convenient. As soon as I landed, I made a phone call and someone from the hotel contacted me. There was someone waiting to pick me up at the airport. It was really convenient and highly recommended, and the service attitude was really good. Very patient. The room was also very nice. It's clean and the facilities are pretty good. Completely better than expected. Everything is consistent with the description and pictures when booking, or even better. Just to give two examples: the king bed is 2 meters wide and the mattress is on the hard side (which is my favorite, I don't like soft mattresses). Breakfast surprise. The room is great, although this time we had an issue with the morning to the airport service. We arrived on time at 6:20am and there was no room in the shuttle that was scheduled. It’s very stressful to wake up early and make sure you don’t miss a flight, and they clearly overbooked the shuttle, even though we specifically arranged this the night before. A rude family pushed past us too and the hotel staff didn’t really communicate what was going on. I appreciate the hospitality during the stay, but guests shouldn’t have to worry about missing a flight from rude other guests and miss-counted shuttles.

Last week, I caught an early flight and transited in Lanzhou. I chose this newly opened Min'an International Hotel blindly. The whole process from landing to check-in was smooth - the pick-up driver was very enthusiastic on the way 1️⃣ The pick-up call to the hotel was faster than the Ctrip message 2️⃣ Although the hotel is very close to the airport, the sound insulation is unexpectedly good 3️⃣ It is a new hotel, and the hygiene is relatively good. There is a smart toilet, but the room is a bit small, and only one person can pass between the end of the bed and the wall. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. When I sent her to the airport in the morning, I didn't have time to eat breakfast. The lady also asked if I should bring some, mainly because I was in a hurry, but fortunately I didn't miss the flight
