You can choose to go to Everland. Walk two minutes to the station and take the bus directly to Everland. The room has two beds and the toilet is super big. Please note that you must indicate the number of people staying when booking in Korea. If you choose two people and do not write the children, you will be charged separately.

The room is warm, but the hot water in the bathroom shower is the maximum, but it's lukewarm
I took a shower, but my wife couldn't take a shower.
And the kitchen is in the room, and it smells like sewers, so it was hard to sleep in the evening.
But the owner was friendly and the barbecue facilities were good.

Decent hotel with good location and very big bathtub.
We choose the room with 2 PCs in IT but these were not really usuable because changing the language to any other as Korean was not possible. The room is quite spacious, the bed is rock hard, alot like the typical beds found in Thailand. I would recommend a cheaper alternative.

It's quite good, with a great location! There's a local market nearby! There's also plenty of food to eat! There's also an independent coffee shop that provides free coffee, which is really good.
