Homm Wenzhou Nanxijiang

This newly opened hot spring hotel in the mountains of Yongkang is actually part of the guest-only Banyan Tree Resort. Banyan Tree Resort reportedly opened at the beginning of last year, so its facilities are very new. The hotel occupies a large area with beautifully landscaped grounds, ensuring excellent air quality and keeping the mountain temperatures cool even in the summer heat. The hot springs are top-notch, with numerous pools. The Banyan Tree management team is also very friendly and helpful. I'd like to thank Alisa at the front desk for her enthusiastic service, and Aliang for helping find a child's lost hat and shipping it back to Shanghai. The young lady driving the electric shuttle (wearing black-framed glasses) was also very friendly and helpful. The overall quality of the hotel is very relaxing and perfect for a vacation.

Smith deserves praise! From helping with luggage to recommending hot spring pools, he was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. He even reminded the children about their rubbing and dyeing activities. He was like an old friend, and his family-friendly duplex suite is incredibly caring! The two floors are clearly divided. The kids had a blast playing on the first-floor slide, while we enjoyed the mountain views from our couch on the second floor. Bamboo shadows swayed outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, and morning mist drifted through the window frames, creating a breathtaking scene reminiscent of an ink-and-wash animation. The hotel itself is a walking landscape painting, with crape myrtle paths leading the way, Song-style gardens scattered throughout, and 25 hot spring pools nestled among the rocks and bamboo forests. Soaking in the 52°C natural strontium springs, looking up at the starry sky, I felt like I was part of a painting. It was truly an amazing experience!

The hotel has recently opened, the room has a great view, is fully equipped, the hot spring swimming pool is very unique, the entire hotel landscape design is very good, the staff is friendly, especially Pan Yongfu from the concierge department who is proactive and enthusiastic in service and provides a lot of help.
