這是最難寫的一個評價，不知道從何説起。民宿就如同開盲盒，好不好，全看老闆自己對細節的要求。
服務：老夫妻兩個，都很熱情，但經營如此規模的民宿，年歲已高，有些力不從心，衹能勉力應付。實屬情有可原。
環境：位置靠近巖頭汽車站，靠近仙清路，這裏估計是鎮中心了。門口是振興街美食一條街，兩側都是飯店。過十字路口，夜裡就是小吃燒烤美食一條街人氣爆棚，夜裡還有人在大聲討價還價付賬事宜，如果倒下就睡着的大可略過。整個振興街上的其他民宿皆如此。
衞生：前面已經看到評價，説肉眼可見的不衞生，自己再重新感受一把，敬前面那位漢子。
設施：建議自帶杯子，杯子下不去手。 Wi-Fi 不可用。不要開換氣扇，異味會更大。箱子不要太大，樓梯有點多。
停車：門口單行道，靠門口有劃線的，基本沒空位，都被飯店佔了。單行道另一側沒劃線，臨時可停，但好像早晨車都沒了，估計不讓停。步行 200 米，溪山大街兩側有劃線可停車，但空位也很少。酒店旁的弄堂可以停一輛小車，老闆會協商停在那的三輪車或者小卡車讓個位置，但弄堂很窄，常有三輪車通過，另一側也會停小卡車或者三輪車。如果車太寬或者貴重，不建議停這個位置。

位置非常好，距離巖頭鎮汽車站步行一分鐘。店家是一對老兩口，人很好。房間設施有點老舊，但衞生還可以，熱水很不錯。就是房間要爬樓，還有附近有早市，怕吵的話要記得關窗。總之價格實惠，交通方便，特別適合來楠溪江自助旅行的人。
