民宿離楠溪江火車站10分鐘，麗水古街15分鐘，石梔巖30分鐘，最近是楠溪江二橋頭碼頭（就門口）是楠溪江最美的河道，民宿房卡可以打八折優惠，船老大很熱心也很照顧長者，開船挺穩！最讚的是管家小王，全程服務熱心，不斷給我們介紹好吃好玩的景點，還照顧長者家免費延長退房時間到16：30（火車17：20），給長者勞逸結合，玩有餘力。阿姨煮的早餐當地湯粉超級好吃，鮮美且料多！

環境：楠溪江以山水田園風光著稱，民宿多依山傍水而建，推窗可見竹林、溪流、古村，適合追求靜謐與自然體驗的遊客。尤其是夏季，清涼的溪水和周邊瀑布羣為民宿增添了避暑吸引。
設施：民宿適合追求“逃離城市、親近自然”的旅行者，能提供獨特的山水田園體驗。
服務：民宿雖小 五臟俱全，兩位老闆娘熱情周到，會提供當地遊玩建議。早餐是當地特色的粉幹，鮮美可口，給人賓至如歸的享受！

民宿性價比很高，設施和備品都挺新的，衞浴很舒服，乾濕分離。有送飲用水。早餐是當地的麪或者米線，附近很近也有充電樁和小賣部，自駕很友好。周邊好吃的好玩的都可以問老闆，他們本地的對訊息還挺清楚的。
沒有電梯，長者小孩建議選二樓。民宿一共有四層。

早餐是店裡煮的粉幹，很好吃！行李拿上樓有點累！出門就是漂流！到幾個主要景點也都不算太遠，自駕很方便。

房間乾淨整潔無異味，無蚊蟲，床鋪舒適被褥毛巾乾淨柔軟，乾濕浴廁分離，紙品質量不錯，柔韌可濕水，洗浴水很熱水流大，前台小妹服務周到，到門口接送，跑前跑後有求必應。民宿小而精緻，前亭後園環境不錯，交通便利，寧靜舒適，沒有噪音，一夜好眠無夢，是近期住過的最理想的民宿。昨晚衹我們一家人入住，是第一次享受包棟的待遇。整體感受很好，值得推薦。

看得出民宿裝修風格和設施是非常用心的，因民宿老闆提前溝通了解了我們大致到達的時間，導航快到目的地的時候，她巳經等候在路口了，很快辦好入住手續，還幫我把行李箱搬到三樓👍挺感動的！房間設施高檔，坐便器是科勒，龍頭是高儀的……所以入住的感覺非常舒服絲滑！清晨走幾分鐘就到楠溪江邊，沿着江邊步道走走，迎着晨曦，那風景美的不行。
