The newly opened B&B has an excellent location. It is very convenient to go to any scenic spot. The room facilities are complete and the new stay experience is great. The photos taken in the hotel are beyond the scope of the movie! The lady at the front desk was very nice and enthusiastic. She arrived early and arranged early check-in. She also upgraded to a large bathtub room. I was so happy! Next time I come, I will stay here again🥳

The room is clean, spacious and elegant. There is a fish pond in the courtyard and a tea table in the house. All the ingredients are of great quality. The proprietress is very tasteful and enthusiastic. She introduced us to the bamboo raft for rafting on the Nanxi River. Outside the courtyard is very comfortable after the rain. The pea pods are blooming with white flowers and the pink buds of plum blossoms are about to bloom. There are rapeseed, cauliflower and cabbage planted on the roadside, which is very comfortable.

MMal OMy main reason for choosing this hotel was the expectation of a nice long swimming pool but it was closed until 17 February.
I also booked a deluxe room because of the city view but that was not supplied. However, our room on the mountain side was very nice so we did not accept their offer to move.
The hotel is almost new and the staff extremely pleasant. The design and facilities are excellent. The breakfasts are superb. The laundry is excellent and free of charge.
A bit far from the river and city centre if you don’t have transport.

GGuest UserThe check-in experience was pretty good, and the service staff were also very enthusiastic. There was a free parking lot at the door and dedicated staff to guide me. I thought the snacks at the front desk were delicious, so the lady grabbed a handful for me and placed them on the bedside of the room. There are also a lot of free services in the QR code. In terms of hygiene, the room is very clean. I went out with friends to play. There are many restaurants nearby with food and drink. Takeaways can also be delivered upstairs. The overall feeling is quite good. I will have the opportunity next time. Will come and stay again.

Aairyyan4636This five-star hotel left me with truly mixed feelings. The trouble began when I tried to book the airport transfer; the system showed it was out of the service area. I only later found out offline that this 'Wenzhou' hotel isn't actually in Wenzhou, but is located in Yongjia County.
Upon entering the room, we were very pleasantly surprised. The suite was incredibly spacious, easily the size of three standard rooms elsewhere, and the bathroom, in particular, was absolutely massive. Housekeeping even arranged leaves to spell out a welcome message, a truly thoughtful and attentive touch.
Our joy, however, was short-lived. Breakfast the next morning brought our entire family down; we suspect some unhygienic food caused everyone to suffer from diarrhea all day, severely impacting our plans for the following day. We reported it to the front desk, but they simply recorded it.
By evening, during happy hour, the hotel pleasantly surprised us by sending up a sumptuous dinner, complete with desserts and fruits. This generous gesture surprisingly managed to whet the appetite of our family, who hadn't been able to eat anything all day.
Later that evening, we tried out the swimming pool, whose facilities were also very impressive. However, despite the quality facilities, the Wi-Fi simply wouldn't connect, and the satellite TV was virtually useless.
It feels like a hotel that genuinely strives for excellence and puts a lot of effort into its service, but it just falls slightly short of a true five-star experience.

But the service of the whole hotel is really not flattering. It can be said that there is no service. Every service staff is very uncle, especially the front desk. The whole process does not look up and ignores people. I ask a reluctant answer. When answering questions, my attitude is also extremely arrogant. How to eat breakfast, not to say, chat halfway! Finally, check out and even how to refund the deposit and how to deduct the fee is not explained! Anyway, it is all up to you to ask, I can't believe that a four-star hotel attitude will be like this!

GGuest UserRoom 302 is on the lower floor near the road. I still feel that the sound of the car is obvious when I close the window, and the large window on the side is to see the slanted slope. In fact, I am a little disturbed. So finally I asked customer service, thank the customer service for changing the room on the upper floor, and the noise has improved.
However, because we booked the most ordinary room, when we asked for a room change, the customer service said that we booked the cheapest room, so we can only live in the tail room (i.e. x01 and x02), and other rooms will add 10 yuan. Everyone who wants to book a room can pay attention to it.
