Zhihui Orange Hotel

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The service is superb; the staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and always willing to help with anything you need. The hotel environment is also excellent, with complete facilities and spotless cleanliness. It's an exceptionally comfortable stay, and I'll definitely be back!

The toilet was really disgusting, with so many of those tiny black flying insects. I was speechless.

It's very close to the high-speed rail station, and the price is cheap and basic, so it's okay for one night. The room is decorated like a Ji Hotel, but the maintenance is really poor. The walls are black and dirty, the sink looks disgusting, and although there's a sheet covering the blanket, you can clearly see hair. The receptionists are very helpful, responding to every request and being very polite. It's just that the cleanliness is really... I probably can't accept it 😭

The hotel service is very average. I asked the front desk for a desk lamp, but we didn't have one. I asked the waiter for batteries to replace the toilet remote control, and he came directly into my room and said he could press it with his hand. I thought he was changing the batteries for me, but he just left me speechless. One of the reading lights I live in is broken (picture below). Anyway, if you are taking exams, this store’s hardware and software are not suitable. Don't say I don't want to change rooms. When I called the front desk and asked for a desk lamp, the front desk said they didn't have any. They said I was sorry and didn't say anything. They sounded like it would be over if you just move in and don't have too many things to do, so I didn't change.

I asked the front desk to print everything without printing anything, and found various excuses.
