The hotel was great. I booked a special offer room online and asked the front desk staff if they could upgrade me. They readily agreed, and seeing we had a child, they upgraded us to a twin room. I'm very satisfied with the service. The breakfast was also excellent, and my child thoroughly enjoyed it. Lastly, I want to give a special shout-out to Xiao Jia at the front desk; her service was truly wonderful.

A very beautiful and unique hotel. The staff, especially Xiaoyu, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate even some of our more challenging requests, and we're so grateful for that! The rooms were cleaned daily, and the sheets, towels, drinking water, and toiletries were replaced promptly. The hotel also has a washer and dryer. There's a gym, and you can even order items directly from popular Chinese e-commerce platforms and have them delivered right to your room.

I have been staying at this hotel since 2018, usually 4–5 times a year. In the earlier days, my experience was very good — the staff were polite, and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, things have changed a lot. Recently, I’ve had very bad experiences, especially with the staff’s poor attitude and unhelpful behavior. The biggest issue is with their deposit policy — please be extremely careful when making a deposit. In my experience, they rarely return it properly, and around 90% of the time it never comes back to your account. Overall, it’s disappointing to see such a decline in service quality compared to before. I will never suggest this hotel to anyone. Rating: ⭐️⭐️ (2 out of 5)
