新酒店，而且是華住會旗下的高端品牌，本來期望值挺高，結果幾乎一夜未眠。房間裏的温度高達28度，沒有冷風供應，關了暖風也不行，又悶又熱，窗户衹能開一道小縫。開了一晚上窗，外面馬路上噪音一夜未停，早上起來看室內温度還是27度。退房時前台説這幾天開始供暖，朝南的房間就是很熱，朝北的涼快些。那昨晚我打電話到前台詢問的時候為什麼沒有説可以換到朝北的房間？明明沒有滿房。房間裏的設施也差不少東西，比如沒有玻璃杯，除了咖啡杯衹有兩衹紙杯，盥洗台上下都沒有垃圾桶。希望能改進，起碼客人入住時説明一下房間温度！

非常完美的一次入住！酒店的設計很有格調，大堂香氛迷人。房間設施智能且人性化，電動窗簾、智能馬桶一應俱全，尤其是那個巨大的落地窗，將城市美景盡收眼底。衞浴乾濕分離，水壓充足，備品的品質也很高。早餐更是亮點，種類豐富到讓人選擇困難，現煮的當地特色麪點非常地道。餐廳的服務員總能及時收走空盤並續上咖啡。無論是硬件還是軟性服務，都無可挑剔，絕對物超所值，下次一定會再選擇這裏！

剛開業的銀川滙融諾富特酒店設施太驚艷！客房寬敞明亮，落地窗能眺望賀蘭山與水景，床墊柔軟親膚，空調靜音效果絕佳。衞浴設施齊全，部分房型還配有浴缸，迷你吧裏的巴黎水免費暢飲。公共設施更貼心，健身房視野開闊，能看到湖泊與白楊，還有室內高爾夫模擬室可體驗。自助洗衣房四洗四烘不用排隊，地下停車場車位充足，機器人還能送物到房間，細節拉滿！

1、開房的時候看人多，順便要2雙拖鞋，想着她們就不跑了，給工作人員減少點工作量。工作人員告知房間有拖鞋，弄的我跟沒住過酒店一樣，我説我洗澡就濕了，所以我還想要2雙，她説呢你去房間打電話，結果還是她送來的，也不知道圖什麼。
2、先在8樓住，晚上廁所不能沖水，本身想着晚了就不給前台打電話了，但是窗户也是壞的，隔幾分鐘會咚咚2聲，半夜2點實在吵的睡不了，打了電話，維修工來也修不好，半夜提着大包小包換房間。
3、換到9樓後，一大清早外面特別吵，本身一晚上沒睡好，一大清早有人結婚，早早就開始鬧。酒店一點也不貼心，明知道晚上都換房間沒睡覺到半夜，又換一個接親樓層。然後迷你吧的免費飲料出發前帶上了，路上準備喝是個打開的半瓶子
4、新酒店衞生也不好，洗漱台臟，牀頭櫃臟！到處都是灰塵
