The services was top notch from the railway station until we go back to zhangjiajie. It was really quite an experience. The view was stunning

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the waterfall. Has the perfect location for exploring Furong Town without being in the centre of the nightlife. The staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast and dinner was also very good. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location in this Beautiful Town.
Service was very excellent.
No complaints at all.
The staff was super polite and helped with every needs.
They even helped us with cab services to and fro.
The views are beautiful from the Balcony of this place. Also the food was very delicious.

Location is situated at park entrance, easy to enter and leave. Waterfall view is bit obstructed but otherwise an amazing view of the water and town. Hotel staff were friendly and provided us guidance on where to explore. Would recommend staying here!

Excellent service and amenities. Great location with easy walk to the scenic spots. Staff were friendly and attentive. Also a great spot to have dinner with great food and beautiful views of the water falls.

Great location with veiws of the waterfall from each room and the alfresco dining space. Super welcoming staff with everything well explained. They will organise for your luggage to be transported from the nearest drivable street. They will be helpful with any special requests. Close enough to the street yet right inside the ancient town area

I had a great stay in this accommodation. Everything was well organized (hotel approached me with arrival information before my stay) and also fulfilled my requests (meals, transportation to the train station) during my stay. The room was furnished very nicely and I enjoyed the river view. The view of the waterfall from the terraces is unbeatable. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Great hotel, with helpful staff. They contacted me to arrange pickup for 20 CNY, which was perfect, and then they transported my luggage to the hotel. The room was great, with a comfortable bed and nice amenities. The view from the hotel is perfect, and food is delicious. I would stay here again.

The location of this guesthouse is absolutely unbeatable, offering a magnificent view of the grand waterfall. I personally think the perspective here is even better than from the opposite side. The staff were incredibly helpful; they went above and beyond by using a small motorized cart to transport our luggage and even carrying it right into our room. They were always on hand for anything we needed, and the service was truly outstanding! The guesthouse also boasts an in-house restaurant, serving delicious food at very reasonable prices, comparable to local eateries. We were highly satisfied!
