The inn is located under the Tusi Bridge in Furong Town, beside the Bai Shui Tan. It is about 50 meters away from the big waterfall. Surrounding it are small bridges, flowing water, deep waterfalls, cliff-style sloping houses. Everywhere is a beautiful scenery. The inn was transformed from a century-old old house that integrates the styles of nature and originality, local customs and gentry, ethnic culture and the Republic of China era. The culture of the gentry of the Republic of China and the simple and wild Xiangxi culture are very rich. It recreates the Xiangxi world described by Shen Congwen, being rough yet exquisite, aged yet refined, profound yet leisurely.

We had a enjoyable stay thanks to the great location with its stunning waterfall view from the balcony, the delicious breakfast, and the friendly host who helped with our luggage. However, the room would be even better with some minor fixes, as we noticed loose power sockets, a damaged balcony door handle, and that the cleaning could be more thorough in hidden areas like under the bed and the aircon filter, which were quite dusty.

Very good location, friendly staff, we had issue with the room they gave us and they changed it promptly, they also offered pick up and drop off service to the station (pick up for free and drop off for less than 3€).
The hotel itself is like all the others in furong, small and cozy wooden typical building.

The hotel sits in the middle of the scenic area which makes it vey accessible to roam around. The view from both front and back were aesthetic and serene.The staff were very hospitable, accommodating and were very helpful. The room we got was stunning - if you love woodcraft. Overall, would highly recommend the hotel.

Located next to 土王桥. Close to both exits too. The room design follows the tribe culture which is feeling great for tourists. Breakfast included, it's limited choices but good enough with great view. Water pressure and temperature control very well.

Fantastic location, right inside the ancient town. It is also very central. Easy to get to the grand waterfall and also to Yinan Theatre where there is must see performance every night at 8.30.
The hotel provides free transportation from the train station. Transport back to the Train station is 20 yuan..

Beautiful traditional guesthouse right by the river — perfect location for exploring the old town of Fenghuang. The rooms are clean and cozy, with lovely wooden decor and a nice balcony view over the water. The owners are super kind and helpful, even though their English is limited, they really make you feel welcome. Great atmosphere and excellent value for money. Highly recommended if you want an authentic stay in Fenghuang!

Typical hotel in regional style in a very old building. Lovely rooms, helpful professional staff. Lovely coffee and breakfast. Views over the waterfall, river and town. Accessible to all major attractions. We would happily recommend this hotel to travelers planning a visit to Fuhrong.
