度假村風景宜人，依山傍水，空氣清新。入住條件好，獨立院子，活動空間大。住房設施齊全，乾淨衞生，住房的空間大，有榻榻米可加床服務。客服妹子態度好，熱情、周到，有求必應，應答快速。家人對度假區很喜歡，下半年還會再來的。

服務很好，裏面的妹子特別好，環境也很好，但是國投能不能升級一下設備啊，宣傳的實際的完全不一致啊，小火車是在隔壁，而且很小很破，還要在太陽下等別人騎車過來啟動，拖拉機也是馬力不足，坡都上不去。小動物更是沒有，就是鴕鳥在小黑屋。給**和小紅書達人的每一份推廣費感覺都在嘲笑真實過來的遊客

衞生不行，床上有一塊斑點的污漬，公共區域，下雨臟兮兮也沒人擦。服務還行，有帶娃研學活動，提早割稻子，坐小火車，挖地瓜。但是小火車衹給兩張票，一家三口，小孩也要票，寧願空着也不讓你坐。早餐，更是絕了，9宮格看着好看豐富，實際一份不超過10塊錢。温泉，這才是笑話，衹有院子裏的一兩個小池子，要自己放水，其實是熱水器燒的水，而且限時供應，衹有晚上有，白天沒有。晚上冷風颼颼，小朋友在户外泡温泉，怕會着涼。總結衹是民宿的服務和規格，不算酒店，不會再來了，還是去御温泉酒店好一些

房間整體佈局很舒服，空間寬敞，有榻榻米飄窗可以喝茶，院子有泡池4點後可以放水泡泡，一間房有兩張小火車的票，下午5點後可以坐着繞菜地一圈。酒店硬件設施略微不足，房間沒有小冰箱，食物要寄客服中心。不過客服中心的妹子都很熱情，響應及時，倒也彌補一些不足。因地處鄉村，購物吃飯比較不方便。所以需要提前帶足所喜食物，院子夠大可以自助燒烤，帶好鍋子也可以火鍋搞起，前提是自己要帶足食物。酒店有償提供烤爐和炭。周邊衹有一家風味館和酒店門口的夫妻小店，沒有**餓了麼，至於味道衹能要求填飽，也可能千人千味，衹是個人不喜。短住一晚還是可以體驗一下的。

滿懷期待的入住，非常失望的體驗，房間沒有水，從下午入住到第二天退房都沒有解決，中間和管家溝通多次，無反饋，不會再來了

房間確實讓人眼前一亮，院子大，景觀非常好，我們的房型有配吊橋，小朋友來回跑了一百次吧哈哈。服務挺好的，過年期間去的，感覺人手不多，但是有在有求必應，打掃的時間有點晚，快午休的時候才輪到我們。温泉要下午四點才開始有，要放一個小時左右才適合泡，等的有點久。院子步行幾分鐘就可以到拖拉機農場和小火車，還挺好玩的，可以打發一天時間。總體還是很好的

樹屋院子是不一樣的體驗感，温泉也是獨立户外私湯，前台管家服務周到，應答快速。總體體驗超預期、適合聚會放鬆的地方，下次繼續來～

度假村風景宜人，入住的房間挺滿意，適合親子游和團建，服務員的小姐姐們很熱情親切，附近好像衹有一家農家樂可用餐，到熱鬧的村鎮上開車大概要15分鐘🕰️
