預訂的時候，問小區配套怎麼樣，買東西吃飯方便嗎，客服回答説非常的方便！於是入住，進門，大廳空調不製冷，開了一整晚都和蒸籠一樣。打電話給客服，説是不是我開錯模式和温度了，（我活了30年不會開空調嗎。）讓她上來看看，她説好好好，隔了1個小時沒來，又打電話催她，就説這麼晚了也沒有辦法，我説那拿台電扇過來吧。她隔了一個小時才那一台台扇過來。半夜爬起來打蟑螂，小拇指那麼大的帶*母蟑螂到處亂飛，小孩嚇得半死也不敢去洗澡，客服阿姨説是因為隔壁有人入住有做飯，不是你們不會定期消殺嗎？另外，4人套房就兩瓶水，是覺得空調壞了熱不**是吧！早上起來點個外賣，整個附近的外賣店加起來不超過30家，大中午的全是烤魚燒烤，這就是你們説的配套非常方便？！真是醉了，旅遊這麼多年，環境最差的民宿……帶三個娃氣的不行還得掏時間寫差評吐槽你。

距離歐樂堡水上非常近！步行到達！奶茶店和吃飯的地方都有！安靜衞生！但是打車來的朋友要記得留一下送你來的司機的電話，因為這個鎮上幾乎沒有滴滴司機（回去那天打車衹有一個司機在，他説他還是剛好路過）

看起來挺整潔，雖然有飛蛾，但是不是重點，主要睡不好，窗户外面的霓虹燈一直在閃一直變換的閃，閉着眼睛都被晃得睡不着，隔音太差，隔壁房間半夜一兩點才進來，廁所洗漱沖馬桶聲音，講話聲音都很大，
