前台工作人員的服務熱情周到，辦理入住手續迅速又高效，還貼心地為我介紹了酒店的各項設施和服務，讓初來乍到的我心裏暖暖的。房間更是無可挑剔!寬敞明亮，佈局合理，床品柔軟舒適，讓我每晚都能擁有甜美的夢境。房間的隔音效果極佳，完全不用擔心外界的干擾，能盡情享受寧靜的休息時光。衞生間乾淨整潔，洗漱用品品質上乘，每一個細節都處理得恰到好處。這家酒店無論是硬件設施還是軟件服務，都達到了五星級的標準，甚至超出了我的預期。在這裏，我感受到了無微不至的關懷和極致的舒適體驗。

這趟入住體驗滿分！酒店的員工都很熱情周到！房間是維也納的裝修風格，廁所是乾濕分離的，配的智能馬桶，還有呼叫天貓精靈，調鬧鐘播放音樂開空調打開窗簾啥的都很方便，挺喜歡這個設計，特別好評的是是床品，兩個枕頭一高一低，特別喜歡那個低的記憶枕，頸部很有支撐感太舒服了睡得很香，酒店新裝修的，設備都很新穎，入住後一些細節讓我驚艷了，洗漱用具和沐浴露洗髮水質量很好，性價比高真心推薦！下次出差就這家了！

這家酒店是全新裝修的，門口的酒店招牌很顯眼，位置特別好找。一進大廳就感覺特別高級且舒服，前台小姐姐服務態度非常好，很温柔的告訴我所有房間都是智能語音控制的，不需要自己動手開燈開窗簾，甚至馬桶都會感應自動沖水和紫外線殺菌，用的很安心，馬桶座位很貼心的會自動加熱而且酒店配備一次性馬桶坐墊。一進房間我還以為是維也納，連桌椅也是維也納的同款，裝修很高級。特別是床墊軟軟的又有支撐力，聽説是五星級同款床墊，難怪那麼舒服。枕頭也是亞朵的記憶枕，睡了一晚上一夜好眠，在家裡睡的時候還會落枕，睡這家酒店的枕頭完全沒有不適感，不知道商家能不能賣我一對枕頭？想把這套床上用品帶回家睡。在柏林這個小鎮上能有這樣堪比星極的酒店實在是太難得了，性價比特別高！趁着開業做活動有體驗價大家都來體驗一下吧！
