前天把項鍊落在酒店了，我清清楚楚記得放在了空調下面的桌子上。打了兩天電話給前台處理，前台態度很不好，推辭狡辯，搞衞生的阿姨也不願意承認。這樣的酒店以後誰還敢住？我也會繼續舉報投訴。
